Diagnostic Assessment & Benchmarks
Genetic & Biological Age Testing
Nutrition Genome DNA Testing examines genetic variants associated with nutrient metabolism and other biological pathways. We interpret these findings alongside your diet, medical history, and laboratory results to inform nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations.
Biological Clock Testing uses DNA methylation patterns to estimate biological age relative to chronological age. This may provide an additional reference point for monitoring, although changes in the estimate do not independently establish reversal of aging.
Metabolic Health & Body Composition
Our metabolic assessments provide information about energy expenditure, fitness, and body composition:
- Resting Metabolic Rate Testing uses indirect calorimetry to estimate resting calorie requirements and assess fuel utilization under the testing conditions.
- VO₂ Max Testing measures oxygen uptake during exercise to evaluate cardiorespiratory fitness and guide training recommendations.
- InBody Composition Scans estimate muscle mass, body fat, and fluid distribution, helping us monitor changes beyond scale weight.
- Cronometer Dietary Tracking provides a practical record of energy intake and nutrients, supporting adjustments to your eating plan.
Preventative Imaging
Prenuvo Whole-Body MRI provides imaging of major organ systems without ionizing radiation or intravenous contrast. We review findings in context and arrange additional evaluation when appropriate.
SonoCiné Automated Whole Breast Ultrasound provides supplemental, robot-assisted breast imaging, particularly when dense tissue makes mammography more difficult to interpret. These services complement recommended screening rather than replacing mammography, colonoscopy, or other established preventive care.
Cognitive & Movement Assessments
ViewMind uses headset-based eye tracking during structured tasks to assess aspects of attention, memory, processing speed, and executive function. CNS Vital Signs offers additional computerized cognitive performance testing.
Movement assessments with a biomechanical movement specialist and yoga therapist explore mobility, movement patterns, and functional limitations. Together, these findings help guide recommendations for physical conditioning and daily activity.
Individualized Treatment Options
IV Nutrient Support & Photobiomodulation
Selected plans may include IV NAD+, spermidine, CoQ10, or Plaquex® infusions. We review each preparation separately, including its intended role, evidence, and potential risks.
Our light-based offerings include Weber Endo Laser intravenous fiberoptic therapy and helmet photobiomodulation. These use different delivery methods and may be considered alongside selected infusions. Their combined use does not establish enhanced nutrient uptake, cognitive performance, or mitochondrial repair, and Plaquex should not be presented as a proven method of removing arterial plaque.
Brain Spa & Psychological Support
Brain Spa combines Brain Fit IV nutrients, virtual reality-guided meditation, a cacao and mushroom beverage, Normatec® leg compression, and a heated anti-gravity chair. The experience provides coordinated infusion care within a setting designed for relaxation.
IV ketamine therapy may be considered for an appropriate clinical indication, with medical assessment, monitoring, psychological preparation, and psychotherapy integration. Its role is evaluated separately from general wellness or cognitive optimization.
Oxygen & Physical Modalities
Our broader offerings include:
- 2.0 ATA Hard-Shell Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, which delivers oxygen within a pressurized chamber.
- Human Regenerator Jet Bed, described within our offerings as a cold atmospheric plasma modality.
- Total Body Hyperthermia, a medically supervised heat-based intervention.
- Infrared Sauna, a separate heat exposure option with different treatment parameters.
We assess the indication, suitability, and evidence for each modality rather than assuming that all provide established longevity or systemic repair benefits.
Hormonal Health
When symptoms and clinical findings indicate a need, we evaluate hormone therapy, including bioidentical formulations that are chemically identical to hormones produced by the body.
Assessment considers symptoms, medical history, contraindications, and appropriate testing. Genetic screening and DUTCH urine metabolite testing may provide selected information, but do not independently establish treatment safety or the need for hormone replacement.
Gut & Microbiome Care
Digestive care may include targeted nutrition, selected probiotics, and further investigation of persistent symptoms. ProLon® Fasting Mimicking Diet may be considered when appropriate to your nutritional and medical circumstances.
FMT and Rebyota® require a distinct clinical indication. Rebyota is approved to prevent recurrent C. difficile infection in adults following antibiotic treatment; it is not an established general microbiome or longevity treatment.
Planning & Ongoing Review
We translate your assessment into a coordinated plan with clear priorities, explaining which recommendations address a diagnosed condition, support daily habits, or involve emerging approaches.
Follow-up may include relevant laboratory markers, body composition, fitness, cognitive performance, symptoms, and physical function. We adjust your care as your needs change, keeping nutrition, movement, sleep, and appropriate medical treatment central to the plan.
