Clinical Assessment
Your consultation considers urinary frequency, nighttime urination, stream strength, pelvic pressure, pain, and sexual symptoms. Depending on the findings, assessment may include examination, urine testing, blood work, or referral for urological evaluation.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH, is noncancerous prostate enlargement. It is distinct from prostatitis and prostate cancer, although symptoms may overlap.
Regional Deep Tissue Hyperthermia
Thermofield® Technology
Our prostate support offerings include consideration of Thermofield regional deep tissue heating. The system uses radiofrequency energy applied externally to warm selected tissues, with treatment settings and monitoring guided by the device protocol.
Heating depth depends on the applicator, settings, and anatomy. Treatment is designed to control heat exposure, but discomfort, skin irritation, and thermal injury remain considerations.
Proposed Role in Prostate Support
The intended goals within our protocol include pelvic comfort and local tissue warming. Improvements in urinary flow, prostate inflammation, or erectile function should not be assumed.
External Thermofield treatment is distinct from transurethral thermal procedures used for BPH; evidence or approval for those procedures does not establish equivalent benefits from this approach.
Session Planning
The OWM schedule described for this service consists of 10–12 sessions lasting approximately 30–45 minutes, typically once or twice weekly. We review suitability before recommending a course and reassess symptoms during treatment. Maintenance sessions are considered individually rather than prescribed automatically.
Hormonal Evaluation
We assess hormonal symptoms when relevant to your broader men’s health concerns. Testosterone, DHT, and estrogen participate in prostate biology, but urinary symptoms cannot be explained by hormone ratios alone.
Selected protocols may include genetic testing or DUTCH or ZRT hormone panels. These findings are interpreted alongside standard clinical evaluation and do not independently establish the cause of prostate symptoms or the safety of hormone treatment.
EstroDIM, DIM & I3C
These supplements may be discussed for their proposed effects on estrogen metabolism. We review ingredients, interactions, and evidence before recommendation, without presenting them as proven methods of protecting prostate tissue or treating enlargement.
Nutritional Support
Prostatrol Forte
Prostatrol Forte is a prostate-focused supplement formulation described within our protocols. We review the current product ingredients, including any botanical extracts, zinc, and antioxidants, against your nutritional needs and medications.
Liposomal Curcumin & Quercetin
Curcumin and quercetin are studied for effects on inflammatory signaling. Their biological activity does not establish that supplementation reduces prostate enlargement, relieves obstruction, or treats prostatitis.
Nutritional recommendations are considered alongside appropriate medical care, with follow-up based on symptoms and clinical findings.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Our broader offerings include 2.0 ATA hard-shell hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which delivers oxygen in a pressurized chamber.
Any proposed use requires a separate assessment of indication, evidence, and risks. HBOT should not be presented as an established treatment for routine BPH, chronic pelvic discomfort, or erectile dysfunction.
Coordinated Care & Follow-Up
We review changes in urinary symptoms, pelvic comfort, and daily function, adjusting recommendations according to your response. When indicated, care is coordinated with a urologist for established treatments such as medication or a procedure.
An inability to urinate, fever with urinary symptoms, or visible blood in the urine requires prompt medical assessment rather than waiting for a supportive therapy appointment.
