Amy Claroni

Amy Claroni, FNP, is a Family Health Nurse Practitioner at OWM Integrative Wellness in Buffalo, New York. Amy acts as a liaison between naturopathic and allopathic medicine, focusing on functional medicine, and providing holistic, comprehensive, and patient-centered care to the people of Buffalo and surrounding areas.

Education has always been of importance to Amy. She began her Liberal Arts and Social Science studies at Erie Community College (SUNY Erie), Orchard Park campus.

Next, she attended Villa Maria College of Buffalo, where she completed her Associate of Science in Interior Design (FIDER accredited program). She furthered her interest and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Several years later, Amy pursued another one of her growing passions, nutrition. In 2012 she completed Integrative Nutrition (IIN) online program, focusing on health, wellness, holistic nutrition, and health coaching. 

Amy’s growing passion for nutrition, health, and wellness motivated her to shift her career focus to health care. In 2015, she received an Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University at Buffalo (SUNY Buffalo). In 2019, she achieved a Master of Family Health Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) at D'Youville University (DYC) in Buffalo.

Amy has worked as a Registered Nurse and Certified Health and Wellness Coach at Inspired Health Group, a Registered Nurse at South Buffalo Mercy Hospital, a Cardiac Case Management and RN at Home Care (MSHC) Catholic Health, and a Family Nurse Practitioner at Medical Care of Western New York (Medical Care of WYN).

She is Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified by the American Heart Association (AHA).

Amy warmly welcomes all patients into OWM Integrative Wellness. She looks forward to getting to know them and caring for them.
