OWM Integrative Wellness is proud to welcome Dessialis Cruz, MPA-C, FM-C, to our clinical team as a dedicated Physician Assistant spearheading our Women’s Health, Gut Health, and Hormone Optimization programs.
The daughter of a Naturopath, Dessialis has over 16 years of diverse clinical experience, blending conventional and functional medicine to provide comprehensive, root-cause-oriented care. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she brings deep expertise in managing chronic conditions and guiding patients through their healing journey using a holistic, personalized approach.
Dessialis is a board-certified PA with advanced training through the Institute for Functional Medicine, where she earned her FM-C credential. Her clinical background spans primary care, allergy/immunology, urgent care, and functional medicine, making her uniquely equipped to support women’s wellness, digestive health, hormone balance, and immune function.
She has a proven track record of compassionate care across culturally diverse populations, and her technical skills include allergy testing, IV nutrient therapy, PRP injections, hormone support, and functional diagnostics. A passionate educator and patient advocate, Dessialis is committed to empowering women with the tools they need to reclaim vitality and optimal health.
