Known to stimulate the formation of new brain connections within 24 hours of treatment, OWM Integrated Wellness’ IV Ketamine Therapy creates an environment that is very receptive to positive change and adaptation. Offering a new world of possibilities without the negative side effects, these treatments can be a powerful tool to help reduce depression and boost coping skills. In order to capitalize on the insights that come with your treatment, Dr. Kaplan, along with OWM’s partner psychotherapists, Dr. Lesley Martin and Jenna Witkowski, have created an integration process that takes place two days after your ketamine infusion.
THE POWER OF MUSIC
We all know that music has a myriad of therapeutic benefits. It has been extensively used with psychedelic assisted therapy to both enhance and guide an individual through a therapeutic session.
At OWM Integrative Wellness we have been using these principles to enhance therapeutic Ketamine sessions by curating music playlists for each experience.
A brand new music synthesizing software by Wavepaths takes this concept to another level.
They create adaptive music both for psychedelic therapy and as psychedelic therapy, in collaboration with world class artists.
When administering ketamine therapy at OWM, we now use this software to select a much more personalized music experience; the one that matches your goals and your intention. Each music therapy session can also be accurately designed during psychotherapy preparation and integration sessions with our psychotherapists to be then played during the subsequent ketamine sessions.

WHAT TO KNOW
BEFORE YOU GO
Known to stimulate the formation of new brain connections within 24 hours of treatment, OWM Integrated Wellness’ IV Ketamine Therapy creates an environment that is very receptive to positive change and adaptation.
Before your treatments, Dr. Kaplan personally performs an evaluation, including a comprehensive medical examination and basic blood work. Once cleared, a client meets with psychotherapist Lesley Martin for a preparatory session. Both will work with you to understand your goals and intentions before performing a treatment.
In addition, at least two integration sessions are recommended after completing the series of infusions to maximize results.
