Safety

Temperature is raised to 103.1°F over the course of one hour. The body’s elevated core temperature is maintained in the turned-off sauna dome for additional two hours. The client typically loses 2-3 liters of fluid through sweat. This fluid is replaced by drinking 2-3 liters of filtered water during each sauna session.

Body’s core temperature is closely monitored through a rectal probe thermometer.
